Ecclesiastes 7:9 – Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools.
One of the fruits of the spirit as per Galatians 5:22 is patience. This fruit of the spirit is essential to stay peaceful and relaxed in life. The situation around you may try to provoke you but the situation within your spirit will help you persevere in Christ the King. Amen!
PRAYER: Dear God, I am easily angered. I lack patience and calmness in my life. In the mighty name of my Christ the King I pray for the fruit of patience in my life. May I not be easily provoked or hurt by anyone. May I be peaceful in every situation and Holy Spirit take charge and control over my life so that I can respond to every situation without being easily angered, irritated or frustrated. May I be strong to overcome anger in Christ the King. Amen!
